President's Speech: more gambling the nation's human and material wealth on the casino table named "Iraq Civil War"

On the Presidential Speech, January 10, 2007, promoting increased Iraq involvement by American Force* * Note: Britain has announced a non-increase of armed forces, and is moving in the direction of withdrawal.   The American Administration's overall at this point design seems to be to create powerful centralized government, much the same fashion as Hussein and the Shah.   Extraordinary concentration of American Armed forces in Baghdad is the most palpable expression of this speculation.   As one can observe in General MacArthur's campaign, swift and total occupational pattern is essentially the most important factor to achieve successful occupation especially of those heterogeneous territories of fundamentally different cultures.  Within, as I remember, less than a month, entire territory of Imperial Japan was completely occupied by American Forces.  This maneuver itself inevitably creates a strongly centralized system covering the entire lan...
